Position SummaryReporting to an energetic and passionate Sales Development Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, preparing and closing quotes, and providing technical insights.As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work cross functionally with a high performing SDR Team and knowledgeable Account Executives. Working together as one cohesive team, you will act as the liaison between prospects, customers, and the organization, helping to identify solutions to our customers #39; traffic problems.Key Accountabilities

  • Know and understand, as well as clearly communicate Miovision’s vision and mission
  • Be an ambitious individual contributor as part of a fun team
  • Work hand in hand with your Account Executives (AE), and your SDR
  • Know your performance metrics; current performance vs target KPIs, Outreach and engagement statistics, promotional goals etc
  • Account management: Initiate sales calls with existing and new customers in your assigned territories, identify needs, and sell/upsell solutions.
  • Generate revenue by promoting, quoting and closing sales of hardware, software, and professional services
  • Understand your markets in the B2G and B2B sector, as well as our products
  • Process received Purchase Orders (PO) in your territory and support your AE hitting quota
  • Connect with the Electrical Contractor network to influence bidding
  • Provide customer service by conducting periodic reviews with your assigned accounts
  • Inform your customers and prospects about new products/marketing materials
  • Learn the market and dynamics of the State, County, Municipal Transportation Industry
Skills/Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • B2B or B2G experience preferred
  • People oriented and experienced in rapport building
  • Comfortable operating in a KPI driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to multitask, be highly organized, and not afraid to ask questions

  • Attention to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments
  • Great time and priority management
  • Experience with common CRM management processes (Salesforce/Netsuite/Hubspot)
