Job Description

Intermediate Structural Detailer – Waterloo, ONTEP Canada is seeking a full-time employee for a Intermediate Structural Detailer, in our Waterloo, ON location. TEP Canada also formally reviews base salary and performance bonus annually.The Structural Detailer position will primarily be responsible for drafting engineering drawing packages for:

  • Tower profiles and antenna line layouts;
  • Fabrication drawings;
  • Construction installation and tower reinforcement; and
  • Maintenance repair.
Successful candidates must have:
  • Graduate of a civil or structural engineering technology program or equivalent with a focus on structural or civil engineering;
  • 2 to 3 years of full time experience in Canadian telecommunications;
  • Provide technical support to junior technicians;
  • Ability to examine drawings for conformity and errors;
  • Ability to reliably meet daily deadlines;
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English;
  • Consistent and accurate attention to detail;
  • Ability to work in Canada.
