Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.The Middleware DevOps Analyst will provide analysis, support and implementation activities for highly available, complex systems to ensure performance, availability and stability. The candidate must work well on a dynamic team with multiple competing priorities that affect many aspects of the supported infrastructure.Web Hosting Services is responsible for many systems running on Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms. In addition to demonstrable experience with multi environment support, interpersonal skills are as important in order to navigate and build relationships with internal and external team members to provide the best possible solutions.What Will You Do

• Middleware infrastructure and application support on Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms
• Administration and management of Web Hosting environments
• Participation in on call (day time and after hours), change and day time rotations
• Create and maintain documentation to enhance our support efforts
• Utilize and develop DevOps automation
• Provide support to Agile teams
• Use and application of monitoring systems to provide predictive and real time performance resolutions
• Identifying and automating efficiencies to support day to day and implementation requirements
• Troubleshoot issues across a range of applications and environments

What Do You Need To Succeed

• University/College education in areas that support this role
• 2 – 3 years’ IT experience in a production support environment
• 2+ years’ experience building and deploying middleware technologies
• 2+ years’ experience with Windows and UNIX (Solaris/AIX/Linux) administration
• 1 – 3 years with: Websphere, IIS, Apache, Tomcat, Weblogic
• Excellent analytic and communication skills
• Ability to independently identify, build and deploy performance oriented solutions
• Excellent organizational and team work skills
• Development experience with one or more of the following: JAVA, J2EE, .Net, Python, YAML, PowerShell and other scripting languages
• Experience with AWS technologies and hosting infrastructure
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities

• This role requires Enhanced Reliability Clearance (government clearance)

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
