Job Description

Are you eager to gain some experience in the financial services industry Do you have excellent organizational & time management skills If so, we have the role you are looking for!We are currently looking for individuals to join our client, one of Canadas largest insurance and financial services companies, as a HR Coordinator.This role is open to candidates in Waterloo location.Advantages

  • Pay rate: $25/hour
  • Jan 3rd, 2023 start date
Workers placed through Randstad are eligible for preferred rates on health, dental, and life insurance. This Value-add program will provide a wide range of options to suit your needs.ResponsibilitiesAs a HR Coordinator, your duties will include but not limited to:
  • Supporting Payroll & Ask HR Contact Centre
  • Monitoring all Payroll Operations & Contact Centre email inboxes; redirecting where appropriate
  • Completing client requests generating outputs: faxes, EV letters, file requests, tax & pay statement requests, etc.
  • Consolidating employee records, manager files, payroll files (paper & electronic), etc.
  • Recalling archives when required
  • Distributing mails, ordering office supplies, meeting arrangements, etc.
Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills
  • Ability to follow complex oral & written direction and excellent problem solving skills
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency and ability to handle multiple priorities
