Greener.DescriptionThe Project Manager full-time contract role (Maternity Leave cover) is part of our global Program and Project Management team. They are responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful completion of customer, product, or enterprise-level projects or programs, in a cohesive, transparent and measurable process. Working with multiple cross-functional teams, the Project Manager is a critical role in supporting the execution and delivery of our client’s program and projects.This position is a vital component of the business, and is responsible for:

  • Working closely with functional teams, including (but not limited to) Sales, Product, SCM, Engineering and IT teams to initiate, plan, and & execute robust implementation plans by program, including strategy, timelines, resources, risk management, and budget.
  • Meet with clients (as needed) to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
  • Lead the projects through the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
  • Manage projects with the goal of delivering each project on time, within budget, and within scope.
  • Maintain standards, processes, tools, and templates and act as a champion utilizing the project management methodology
  • Ensure that all projects are visible to the IMS Organization and that there is regular performance-to-plan transparency & reporting.
  • Ensure that all projects and programs are properly documented in an easily referenced repository.
  • Conduct lessons learned on completed and/or closed projects, and ensure that key learnings are captured, and embedded into future project &/or program rollouts.
  • Provide ongoing status reporting and stakeholder communications, internal and external, including status reporting, performance to plan, and risk management.
  • Contribute to PMO structure and process improvements.
RequirementsWe know you will have a wide skill set, but to thrive in this role we think you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized college or university
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in a Project or Program Management role, preferably with international components
  • Experience in leading change management activities and processes, while developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships
  • Experience in a B2B environment handling large corporate clients
  • Demonstrated ability to drive complex process analysis and changes to successful completion
  • Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams for project success
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar software
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
  • Minimum 3+ years of direct experience in drafting project documentation
  • Results-oriented with a strong personal drive for success.
  • Familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Managed software projects in a tech environment
Bonus Skills:
  • PMP or similar certification
  • Six Sigma certification- black or green belt (or similar)
