Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, you will work closely together to develop new and effective direct sourcing strategies to meet BlackBerry’s business needs, including Software Developer, Technical Project Managers, Security Engineers, etc..Additionally, you will establish and foster a consultative relationship with hiring managers through close working relationships across business units and will oversee the entire recruitment and selection process from directly sourcing suitable candidates to initial interviews; presenting suitable candidates to hiring managers and delivering and negotiating employment offers.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline4 - 6 years’ experience in a global organization focusing on full 360⁰ recruitment (from sourcing candidates through to direct search to negotiating offers and supporting on-boarding)Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, dynamic high-tech organization, preferably across the North American regionKnowledge and experience of direct sourcing using LinkedIn, Twitter and other social networking tools, a proven track record of using social media to attract talent is essential.Experienced with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (Workday)Experience interviewing and assessing candidates up to Executive levelComfortable working with all levels of management and building relationships up to Executive level.Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to deal with very complex hiring processes and follow them through to closureBe an outstanding communicator, with a strong capability to engage othersAbility to work independently and be self-motivated is key#LI-TT1Job Family Group Name:Human ResourcesScheduled Weekly Hours:40Quick Apply
