We export our products through carefully screened and selected suppliers from Canada, the USA, South America and Europe. Our team is highly skilled and experienced with the sales, trading and distribution of our products and services.We are seeking a talented individual with strong Bookkeeping and Administrative skills to join our team. Your excellent abilities in financial administration, office support and general organization will enable the management team to achieve it’s operational and financial objectives. The scope of this role includes, but is not limited to the following;RESPONSIBILITIES:· Bookkeeping and financial administration with a focus on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and banking duties· Organize, register, scan and file invoices, receipts, cheques and other related documents· Review and record credit card purchases and source purchase receipts for completeness· Manage and record all expense reports with exceptional internal customer service skills· Prepare for review, all government related taxes and liabilities· Handle all administrative tasks for the management team, as required· Validate, record and make payments to vendors and suppliers· Ensure compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes and controls accurately and on time.· Assist Controller with day-to-day monitoring of cash flows forecasts and support cash related activities· Assist with other financial reporting and accounting duties and/or projects as required· Provide exceptional communication support between management and all stakeholdersQUALIFICATIONS:
