We are looking for an experienced administrative support clerk who is motivated, well organized and detail oriented. The successful candidate will be responsible for:preparing various notices and agenda packagespreparing minutes for Council, committee and board meetingsminute taking at meetingsformatting and posting documents to the District’s websiteprocessing various applications and preparing property notificationsmaintaining a variety of recordsproviding administrative support for department staffliaising with other departments and the publicpreparing correspondence, andperforming other related duties as requiredThe preferred candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, exceptional proofing skills, a demonstrated ability to work on detailed tasks, work within strict deadlines, work independently in accordance with detailed instructions, work well within a team, and will possess extensive experience and/or training in Microsoft Office.
