The Shuttle Bus Driver’s position is responsible for driving a set route based on a schedule and picking up and dropping off of passengers who are seniors. The Shuttle Bus Driver must demonstrate superior communication skills to deal effectively with the passengers who may need assistance loading and unloading onto the bus, or assistance with walkers and/or parcels.The preferred candidates will possess: some experience and a desire to work with seniors; good communication and problem solving skills; good customer service skills; strong organizational and time management skills.Applications will be accepted from those with a minimum Class 4 unrestricted Driver’s Licence, exemplary driving record, proven experience in customer service, and who are adaptable to a flexible work schedule. First Aid certification will be considered an asset.
