We support this vision in the work we do, and the drive to be the first and best is clear, both inside and outside the organization.Summary of Duties:Reporting to the Principal/ Designate, but receiving day to day guidance and direction from the Administrative Assistant and the District Learning Services Report Clerk, the Student Information System Database Clerk is responsible for the establishment, maintenance and monitoring of the schools computerized student information system data base; liaises with software company re problems; compiles, extracts and generates numerous school, district and ministry reports; and works as a member of a team to ensure the timely resolution of general office requirements. The student information system encompasses attendance, report cards, timetables, parent-teacher interview schedules, etc. The emphasis will vary for each position, based on individual school needs.The full job description is available on Inside45 for internal staff.
