Green Nation NaturalEvening Supervisor Job DescriptionThe Supervisor position is primarily responsible for working collaboratively with the Assistant Store Manager (SM) and Owner to manage, maintain and supervise day-to-day retail operations and activities. The Supervisor will drive sales and create an environment that is engaging, educational and inspiring to customers and team members. This position is responsible for closing (and sometimes opening) of the store, building rapport with clients and employees, upholding brand standards and increasing overall sales. Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.This position requires someone who is energetic and highly motivated, with strong lead generation abilities to become a part of a fun and dynamic team in an industry rapidly growing and newly developing cannabis marketplace. The Supervisor reports to the Store Manager and owner of Green Nation Natural.What is RequiredAs an integral part of the Leadership Team you will know how to react to the business needs, to account for the fluctuation in traffic throughout the day. You will help lead the team with positive coaching reinforcement and continuous communication.You will inform the team about promotions, new products and sales opportunities. You will also attend to our customers in their pleased and displeased states. Your leadership and interpersonal skills will allow you to transition negative moments into positive outcomes and customer retention. You will be an integral part of inventory.Requirements and Qualifications: · QCW Certification· Customer Service or Retail Experience· Desire and ability to develop a positive, in -depth understanding of cannabis· Detailed orientated and able to handle cash,· Proficient with Computers, POS register and all sales transactions· Good track record for demonstrating sales and customer service skills· Time management and organizational skills· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently/unsupervised· Exemplary communication, problem- solving skills· Ability to learn and train and educate others in processes, procedures and products· Experience in supervising others· Able to lift and carry 30 lbsThe Responsibilities· Help to support and create a team environment by respecting co-workers.· Assist the management team in the training and supervising of employees.· Assist with monitoring inventory and tracking SalesTypical responsibilities of the job include: Team and Sales Support:· Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory bodies including Federal and Provincial, employment standards, health and safety and AGLC, GNN.
