Job Description

Mechanical Assemblers in this unit group perform some or all of the following duties:

    • Practise safe work procedures and follow all health and safety regulations
    • Assemble, install, and fit prefabricated parts to form subassemblies or finish products using hand and power tools
    • Position, align and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly and connect cables, tubes and wires
    • Fasten parts together using bolting and riveting equipment or other fastening and joining techniques
    • Report errors in designs
    • Communicate issues in production using Microsoft Outlook email
    • Operate small cranes to transport or position larger parts as required
    • Operate forklifts
    • Fill gearboxes with oil
Employment/Education Requirements:
    • Some secondary school/education is required
    • Beginner/Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office Suite and ERP systems is an asset
    • Standing for a long period of time and the ability to lift to 50lbs or less
    • Shift will be 6:00am to 2:30pm or 2:00pm to 10:30pm Monday to Friday
    • Training and development to grow your career with Supreme International
    • Pre-employment testing will be a condition of employment
    • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work
