Job Description

The Lodge Attendant is responsible to his/her supervisor to ensure a high standard of housekeeping and/ordietary services in the assigned facility.QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background experience with housekeeping duties
  • Background experience with kitchen / dining room duties
  • Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals preferred
  • WHMIS training, Food Safety course (if applicable) an asset
  • Willingness to learn
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ensures completion of housekeeping, kitchen or laundry (lodge or personal) duties.
  • Report maintenance issues and/or concerns to Supervisor / Supportive Living Manager
  • Health & Safety concerns are reported to the Supervisor / Supportive Living Manager
  • Assist with scheduling in the absence of the Supervisor / Supportive Living Manager
  • Resident needs are reported to the Supervisor / Supportive Living Manager
  • Assist with handling food and food preparations
  • Other duties as assigned
