Job Description

Full Time Receptionist Required:LEGACY DODGE: in Wetaskiwin : is currently seeking an energetic: receptionist: to join our group for a PART TIME position.:The candidate will be energetic, friendly, have excellent customer service skills, previous receptionist experience is a must, enjoys a team atmosphere, and computer literate.Duties Include::

    • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
    • Some Clerical duties may be required.
    • **Work schedule would be 2-3 days during the week and Saturdays**
    • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
    • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
