Job Description

Our Wetaskiwin Location is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Receive customers and match needs with appropriate parts or services.
  • Search part numbers by using computer, standard catalogues and other sources as necessary.
  • Maintains, monitors, continually updates the parts inventory for the dealership and determines which parts need reordering.
  • Assist the Parts Manager in analyzing and resolving on-hand discrepancies.
  • Knowledge of procedures for ordering special parts or parts with no published part numbers.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years past experience in an automotive parts and/or related role.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Superb customer satisfaction skills.
  • Must be able to work some Saturdays
