Reports To: Residential Team LeadersHours of Work: Casual/Relief Shifts – all type of shifts (daytime, evenings, weekends and sleepover shifts ($120 a night) available).Job Summary: To provide hands on support to individuals with a developmental and/or physical disability living in a residential home setting. The Program Worker provides assistance in the development or maintenance of daily living skills, to enhance the quality of life for the Individuals in service, living in the residence. Training will be provided. Could lead to full- or part-time work.Qualifications: Basic computer skills. First Aid/CPR. Medication Administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Can work effectively in a team environment, and has the ability to work without direct supervision. Good organizational, time management and crisis intervention skills. Must possess a valid driver’s license, clear Criminal Record check, must have a comfort level with driving, and have access to a personal vehicle.Job Type: CasualSalary: $16.24-$20.20 per hourBenefits:
