Job Description

The Service Advisor/Warranty Administrator communicates directly with customers, managing their needs and expectations regarding auto service maintenance and repairs. This role is the link between the technician and the customer. Superior customer service and communication skills are essential to success in this position and in enhancing the customer experience.This is a full time position with some Saturday shifts required. Experience in the automotive industry is a must.Requirements:

  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of team work.
  • Ability to think and act independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
