Job Description

Dental Receptionist Part-TimePlease Do Not Apply If You Have No Dental Experience. We are looking for a Dental Receptionist. This job will mainly consist of mainly reception duties. Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
  • Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
  • Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
  • Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, reliability, dedication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to learn to join our team.
You must be available to work the following shifts:
  • Mondays: 5 to 8:30
  • Wednesday: 5-8:30
  • Thursday: 5-8:30
  • Friday: 5-8:30
  • Saturdays: Alternate 9-4
Part-time hours:
  • 15-20 hours per week.
Job Types:
  • Part-time, Permanent.
Salary:
  • $25.00-$30.00 per hour.
