Job Description

Data Entry Clerk/Staff AssistantAvid Insurance is a fast-paced Insurance Brokerage doing business across Western Canada. We are looking for a highly motivated and competent Data Entry Clerk to work alongside our Manager of Finance to complete multiple data entry related transactions as well as various administrative related tasks including:

  • Provide Administrative Support to Manager of Finance which may or may not include: Scanning, Electronic Filing, Paper Filing, Processing Accounts Payable, Getting, Sorting, Distributing Canada Post Mail, Preparing and Scanning Paid Receipts to Finance Manager, Monthly Reconciliations
  • Assist with account Payable Office Correspondence
  • Data Entry to Broker Management System as well as Simply Accounting.
