Grotto ManagerLocation: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AYHours: Full time fully flexible, shifts on operational Christmasdates (mid-November – late December)Pay: £13.57 per hour + pension, ongoing training and Merlin Magic Pass– 20 free tickets for you, your family and friends to enjoy all of our MerlinAttractions across the worldAbout the role of GrottoManagerAs part of our awesomeEntertainment Team the Grotto Manager will be responsible for the day to dayrunning of our immersive Christmas grotto area, one of the key elements of ourextra special Christmas event here at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort!You will ensure the areais running smoothly, our guests are receiving the highest quality of interactionfrom your team of elves and Father Christmas has enough gifts for all of ouryoung visitors.You’ll be responsiblefor keeping the Grotto area adhering to all health and safety protocols andprocedures, you’ll keep an eye of your team of elves (managing performance, celebratingtheir success) and you’ll be the key point of contact / department representativethroughout the operation. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimatedestination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to twoawesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions builtaround the iconic LEGO brick.
