Job Description

Quality Manager Automotive ManufacturingLocation: Windsor, Ontario Salary: $120,000 CAD + BenefitsAre you a Quality Manager with a strong background in automotive manufacturing We are working with a leading Tier 1amp; 2 supplier that is looking to add an experienced professional to their team in Windsor, Ontario. If you have a proven track record of leading quality initiatives, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, this role could be for you. What #39;s in it for you

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead quality assurance and control processes across the manufacturing site
  • Maintain and improve IATF 16949amp; ISO 9001 certifications
  • Oversee internal and external audits, customer quality concerns, and compliance requirements
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain
  • Manage a team of quality professionals, providing leadership and mentorship
What Were Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management within automotive manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC
  • Experience leading customer audits and handling supplier quality issues
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field preferred
