  • Program Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of powertrain projects for OEM customers, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Customer Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between OEM customers and internal teams, ensuring alignment, satisfaction, and seamless communication.
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and production, to achieve project milestones tailored to OEM specifications.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices in program management to drive efficiency and innovation.
What You Bring
  • Experience: Proven track record in program management within the automotive sector.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of powertrain products, with a preference for mechatronic or electromechanical systems experience.
  • OEM Focus: Direct experience managing programs for OEM customers, with a deep understanding of their requirements and expectations.
