IT SpecialistDescription- Leads all IT efforts at the plant site located. E.g. to train and introduce non-IT personas to the IT solutions used at the site (ticket system, etc.)- Is responsible for the implementation and enforcement of manufacturing and quality IT standards and alignment with the global Kautex IT organization and processes is guaranteed.- And also - if applicable - on global solutions to act as aquot;Strong Supporter quot; (e.g. EAM, CAQ, SCOTT, SCANWeb, etc.)- Acts as liaison between the different IT departments, IT leadership, and rest of IT with reference to the manufacturing operations by Kautex in the region- Improve and optimize application together with Business Process Owner- Execute technology successfully by minimal downtime as well as disruption- Evaluate and recommend necessary changes in performance tuning, infrastructure design and monitoring- Be aware of costs within all solutions- Keeps control over plant IT budgets and make recommendations on all site Capital Authorizations Request (CAR) proposals- Scout, select and monitor all relevant technology trends for our innovation challenge- Help to protect the enterprise by ensuring the IT solutions conforms to all governance and security requirements (e.g. patching)including training of non-IT personas- Supports Business Continuity, including Disaster Recovery planning and testing- Work closely together with our technology partners- Education - University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent higher education- Experience - (Experienced Hire) At least 5 years working experience on IT infrastructure area, server supporting or cloud supporting- Experience: (Experienced Hire) Knowledge about Shopfloor applications/systems- Experience: (fresher) Knowledge about Shopfloor and/or IT applications/systems- Excellent incident handling and problem-solving skills- Good communication, customer orienteered, good team player- Fluent English both in oral and writing- Action oriented / drive for results- Learning (self-learning, learning on the fly)- Dealing with ambiguity- Conflict management- Organizational agility- Informing- Written communication- Interpersonal savvy- Presentation skills- Command skills- Perspective- Planning / priority setting- Strategic agility- Delegation- Directing othersQualifications- Leads all IT efforts at the plant site located.
