Now Hiring: 339C Licensed Mobile Crane OperatorLocation: WinghamSalary and Benefits:$36.50/HourOvertime pay after 10hrs/dayPremium pay on Saturday and SundaysFull Medical and RRSP packages after 6 months$500 clothing allowance annually$500 wellness allowance annuallyMonthly phone allowancePaid lunchesRequirements:Experience required.Applicant must hold a 339C Provincial Boom Truck License.We are only hiring Crane Operators that are in good standings with the Ontario College of Trades (OTC).Responsibilities:Safe operation of companies mobile cranes.Safely driving equipment to/from job sites.Responsible for keeping records, logbooks, daily trip logs, preventative maintenance, annual certifications, creating lift plans, participating in site safety meetings etc.Daily inspection of equipment including crane, slings, shackles, lifting chains, etc.Disposal and replacement of defective equipment as required.Participate in company and customer safety meetings and contribute to the development of the daily maintenance plan.Employees must keep work areas and equipment clean and free of safety hazards on a continual basis.Any other assigned duties.Conditions of Employment:Must hold a valid DZ or AZ Driver’s Licence and a clean driver’s abstract for the past 3 years.Must hold a valid 339C Hoisting Engineer License and be in good standings with the Ontario College of Trades.Demonstrated good communication skills, both oral and written.Must have previous experience in operating mobile cranes.Responsible for wearing all appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Must attend, and partake in all pre-job, post-job and monthly safety meetings.Must pass all safety training administered by Canadian Crane.Must be capable of working and communicating well with others.Capable of working within a fast-paced environment.Have good judgment and the ability to react quickly.Must have basic mechanical skills.Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)Employer: Canadian Crane Rentals Ltd.Note: Canadian Crane is only accepting resumes from Ontario-certified 339C hoisting engineers at this time.
