Columbia Basin Trust is expanding our Community Liaison team. If you are passionate about actively engaging with communities, facilitating meaningful dialogue, and helping to bring their priority projects to life, then we want to hear from you! Our Community Liaisons work within a designated geographic area of the Basin, often being a first point of contact for communities in the region. This is a regular, full-time position based out of our Nakusp office.The salary range for this position is $84,300 - $99,000.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Delivery of Benefits, the successful candidate willplay a key part in helping Basin communities, particularly in rural areas, overcome challenges and access the resources needed to identify and achieve their priorities. Your diverse experience and wide-ranging skillset will be an asset in finding innovative solutions to unique challenges. We are seeking individuals with a bachelor #39;s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of experience in relationship management, with progressive responsibility. Key skills for this role include excellent presentation, project management, research, analysis, listening, writing, public speaking and communication abilities. The ideal candidate should be skilled in understanding community and geographical issues, especially in rural areas.
