Job Summary: The Business Analyst role supports the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through information and communication technology. This role focuses on providing efficient and effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector. The Business Analyst will be responsible for performing business analysis tasks, eliciting requirements from stakeholders, and implementing systems, particularly in a healthcare setting. Location: Remote, N/A, N/A, Canada,Responsibilities: - Performing business analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. - Documenting customer requirements and business processes. - Identifying capability gaps. - Eliciting requirements from stakeholders. - Implementing systems in a healthcare setting. - Gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders for projects across multiple hospitals. - Directly configuring hospital Electronic Patient Record (EPR) applications. - Working directly related to Electronic Home Care Record (EHCR) implementation. Required Skillsamp; Certifications: - Valid IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification. - Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification. - 10 years #39; experience performing business analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. - 3 years #39; experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting. - 3 years #39; experience implementing a project across multiple hospitals including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders. - 3 years #39; experience directly configuring hospital Electronic Patient Record (EPR) applications. - 3 years #39; experience directly related to Electronic Home Care Record (EHCR) implementation.
