Job Description

Mailroomamp; Warehouse AssociateStart your career in the printing industry with this on-site production support role in Winnipeg. Focused on mail insertion, document handling, and warehouse inventory, this position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with physical stamina and basic computer skills. Casual work environment, full-time steady schedule.What is in it for you:• Hourly salary of $20.41.• 12-month contract.• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.• Weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.• On-site work in a dynamic environment.• Join a passionate and inclusive team of professionals.Responsibilities:• Perform hand insertion of documents into envelopes of varying sizes.• Ensure documents are prepared accurately for mailing via Canada Post.• Conduct quality checks on all completed work.• Manage and organize production inventory, supplies, and materials.• Process inventory for delivery and ensure accurate packaging and labelling.• Receive, sort, and store inventory in the appropriate warehouse location.• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.• Load and unload inventory from trucks and transfer to proper locations.• Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.• Support team objectives and provide coverage for absent team members.• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.What you will need to succeed:• High school diploma or equivalent (education verification required).• Post-secondary technical training or related experience is an asset.• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service or warehouse environment.• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and other relevant software.• Physically able to stand, sit, move, squat, and walk throughout the shift.• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds.• Strong attention to detail.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.• Willingness to learn and follow direction.• Team-oriented and dependable.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2504511) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
