Applicants are encouraged to self-declare in their application.Position SummaryConsistent with the principles of primary health and the Mission, Vision and Values of Mount Carmel Clinic, the incumbent works collaboratively with all Mount Carmel Clinic programs, community and hospital based hepatology clinics. The community hepatology nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and coordinates care relating to Hepatitis C and generalized liver disease, education and support for clients in the community based nurse managed community hepatology clinic.
