Job DescriptionVPIC is looking to hire a driven, hands-on contributor for the role of Portfolio Administrator. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, is highly proactive with exceptional organizational skills, and enjoys interacting with colleagues at all levels of the organization. The role reports directly to and will be mentored by the Lead Investment Counsellor and is located in our Winnipeg office.The Portfolio Administrator is a key member of the VPIC Team who collaborates daily with Investment Counsellors, Trading, and Client Service teams to ensure the effective implementation of model portfolios and efficient flow of trading activity within client accounts. The Portfolio Administrator assists the Investment Counsellor Team with the implementation of dollar cost average and tax selling strategies, works cross-functionally to ensure Know-Your-Client (KYC) and offside accounts processes are managed proactively and in accordance with VPIC policy, and supports the growth of the business by providing recommendations for, and participating in, continuous improvement initiatives across the range of portfolio administration functions.ResponsibilitiesOversee Portfolio Implementationamp; Client Account Review
