The successful candidate will will bring creativity to the role supporting the team making breakfast, preparing fresh made snacks and assist with catering.As a Baker, you will delight our guests and client by preparing and baking goods to the highest standards while supporting the overall food service operations. Your work will include:

  • Preparation of food ingredients (as per recipe) or beverage items for various stations at the unit utilizing various methods of preparation
  • Adhere to all required health and safety regulations and procedures while preparing food including:
    • Using proper techniques when using the tools, supplies, and equipment provided
    • Wearing and correctly using proper personal protective equipment (i.e. non-slip shoes, cut-resistant gloves)
    • Monitoring equipment and notifying appropriate parties of malfunctioning or in need of repair equipment
    • Complying with FoodSafe and/or ServeSafe standards including the recording of all time temperature sensitive food
  • Restocking pastry shelves and maintaining a sufficient and fresh supply of baked goods
  • Cleaning, washing, and sanitizing equipment and over-all work areas
QualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 1 year baking experience in a similar environment
