Your RoleAs a Project Delivery Manager, the successful candidate will lead the Continuous Improvement team that is accountable for working with the business to identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve operational efficiencies.Day to Day
  • Conducting interviews with subject matter experts to identify and understand challenges within people, processes or technology that require strategic solutions
  • Identify and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives based on insights gathered from interviews and other sources
  • Create data documentation with explanation of algorithms, parameters, models and relationships
  • Create and support the performance of reports and dashboards to guide stakeholders
  • Develop both current and future-state workflows and requirements for solutions
  • Coordinate departmental resources and maintain cross functional business relationships
  • Lead Continuous Improvement team by assigning projects and monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects and successful results
Required Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education
  • Experience in team management or supervision, demonstrating effective leadership abilities
  • Knowledge in the fundamentals of organizational change management
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward successful task completion
  • Proficiency in data modeling and data warehouse management
  • Proven analytical, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Practical experience generating comprehensive process documentation and reports
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft 365 Application Suite, specifically Visio
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the Agricultural industry
  • Completed or working towards a Business Analyst diploma or certification
  • Experience managing user testing initiatives
