Your RoleAs a Systems Analyst reporting to the Software Solutions Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing software system requirements, analyzing ERP software problems, and ensuring effective software maintenance to enhance operational efficiencies, address operational gaps, and improve user experience.Day to Day
  • Conducting interviews with subject matter experts to identify and understand challenges within people, processes or technology that require strategic solutions
  • Document both current and future-state workflows
  • Provide documentation and support for system and configuration requirements
  • Responsible for ongoing software maintenance and upgrade cycles
  • Assesses operational impacts of vendor maintenance or upgrades and provides recommendations to the Software Solutions Manager
  • Responsible for the overall testing and implementation strategy of software
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in the Agricultural industry
  • Proven analytical, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward successful task completion
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals in organizational change management
  • Practical experience generating comprehensive process documentation and reports
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft 365 Application Suite, specifically Visio
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using an ERP software, with preference given to those with Agrosoft experience
  • Post-secondary education
  • Completed or working towards a Business Analyst diploma or certification
  • Experience managing user testing initiatives
