Job Description

Position: Administrative Assistant Location: Vaughan, ON Salary: $50,000 per year Industry: Manufacturing / Receptionist / AdministrationEmployment Term: Fulltime / Permanent Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Oversee reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming. Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and refer inquiries as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, sort, distribute, and prepare mail for delivery.
  • Perform filing, clerical duties, and email/fax communications; maintain accurate records for Accounts Payable.
  • Keep office extension lists updated; coordinate announcements and office events.
  • Performs all other relatedadministrative duties as assigned.
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • 2 years #39; experience in an administrative role.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Demonstrated track record of personal responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
