  • Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and overall communication with knowledge and efficiency
  • Creating e-mails and making calls to follow-up any cancelled appointments to re-schedule
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Responding to social media comments
  • Establish a solid professional relationship with customers.
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to company guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Maintain customer account database with accurate and confidential record keeping.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service in an office setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
  • Ability to multitask, take direction and adapt to a fast paced environment.
  • Must possess and be able to demonstrate strong influencing and closing skills.
