Job Description

Summary:As a Production Coordinator at J amp;T, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of ouJob r production processes. You will coordinate various aspects of production, manage schedules, and liaise between different departments to maintain workflow efficiency and meet production targets.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate Production Activities:

  • Oversee day-to-day production operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process management to ensure timely and efficient production.
Schedule Management:
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, adjust timelines as needed, and communicate schedule changes to relevant teams.
Resource Allocation:
  • Monitor inventory levels, order materials, and manage supplies to ensure all production needs are met.
Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between production teams, suppliers, and other departments to ensure clear communication and resolution of any issues.
Quality Control:
  • Assist in maintaining quality standards by monitoring production processes, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation to track progress and support audits.
Problem-Solving:
  • Address and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production coordination or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected changes effectively.
  • Attention to Detail and Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
