Job Description

DeckMart, a premier specialty store for outdoor building materials with a team of over 40 employees, is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing our human resources operations, including hiring and developing talent that aligns with our company #39;s strategic growth goals. You will foster an environment where our employees can excel, ensuring we have the right people in place to drive our company #39;s success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and coordinate with external providers.
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve work-related issues.
  • Support organizational development and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks effectively.
