Job Description

IKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitmentamp; Search Firm specializing in identifying,amp; sourcing top performers for our clientele. Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HRamp; Recruitment function.Position: Inside Sales (Project Coordinator)Location: Woodbridge, ONSalary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year (depending on experience)Industry: Manufacturing / Inside Sales / Distribution / Project CoordinatorEmployment Term: Fulltime / PermanentRolesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Provide quotes, order entry, coordination of submittal drawings, order changes and revisions, order acknowledgement, among others.
  • Support sales support activities, such as quotations, follow-up quotations, sales order processing, outreach to existing customers, and various additional duties.
  • Handle project from the order phase, until it is released and delivered.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • Post Secondary degree or diploma in a sales/technical/marketing or related field.
  • 5 years inside sales experience in a manufacturing or technical production environment.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbalamp; written.
