We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and secure new B2B business opportunities within the home building, remodeling and construction sector.Product Expertise: Attain comprehensive knowledge of DECKMART’s and other market-available building materials to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.Consultative Selling: Partner with builders, architects, and contractors to understand their specific needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and offer project-aligned solutions.Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including general contractors, architects, and designers, to foster client loyalty and encourage repeat business. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to refine sales strategies accordingly.Reporting: Compile and present sales reports and forecasts to the company’s executives.Team working: Closely cooperate with an inside sales representative to close deals and present estimations and quotes to potential and existing customers.Qualifications:
