Job Description

Position: Quality Supervisor/ ManagerLocation: Vaughan, ONSalary: $95,000 - $100,000 per yearIndustry: Manufacturing / Quality / Engineering Employment Term: Full Time/Permanent Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing quality standards.
  • Ensure all processes and products comply with the company and industry standards.
  • Monitoring and making recommendations as necessary.
  • Investigating and troubleshooting any product or production-related issues.
  • Developing and implementing corrective actions.
  • Document results and make reports.
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • Post-Secondary Education or Degree in an Engineering field.
  • 7-10 years experience in a Quality related role.
  • 3-5 years in a quality manager/ supervisor role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
