Closely work with HR department to provide innovative ideas and insights around modernization and adoption of changing business needs. This individual to design and develop various integrations within workday platform as well as external systems using web service and data pipeline technologies.Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise on Workday Studio technologies, security, troubleshooting system issues, data analysis, vendor management and coordination with other teams.- Design and develop automation workflows, perform unit tests and conduct code reviews for self and the team, to make sure work is rigorously designed, elegantly coded and effectively tuned for platform performance and quality.- Engage with other technologists across the HR Tech environment to identify innovative solutions for capturing and integrating data across the Human Resources technical landscape.- Develop Workday inbound and outbound integrations; Focus on application integration between Workday and other Payroll, Workforce management, HR and internal systems- Strong experience with Workday Integration tool set Studio, EIB document transformation, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, PECI, Report Writer, BIRT, APIs, Web Services, XSLT,amp; Rest URLs- Responsible for architectural documentation and reviewing the development of solutions specified in technical design- Assist developers, analysts, and designers in conceptualizing and developing integrationsPosition qualifications- College or university degree in the field of computer science, software engineering or related fields- 5+ years in software development- Workday or Workday pro certification is a plusKnowledgeamp; Experience- 2+ years of experience working with Workday Human Resources modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Performance Management)- 2+ years of experience designing and developing integration solutions in Workday using Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Custom Reports, or RaaS solutions- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, Linux operating systems.- Experience with Azure/MS SQL, Data Verse, CDP, Data Lake, networking- Working knowledge of Groovy and/or JavaScript scripting languages- Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs and withintegration tools such as Boomi, tray.io- Experience with MS Dynamics CRMF amp;O and other enterprise applications is a plus- Comfortable to work with DevOps, understanding around CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/alertingPersonal Attributes· Flexible and adaptable regarding learning and understanding new technologies.· Strong written and oral communication skills.· Strong interpersonal skills.· Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products.· Highly logical.· Technically proficient.· Highly self-motivated and directed.· Keen attention to detail.· Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.· Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.· Emphasizes quality and process.Guided by our Values and Beliefs, Woodbine Entertainment commits to providing an authentic and empowering work experience!
