Job ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of sales/customer service activities to ensure complete customer satisfactionOperate a computerized point of sale systemMaintain a high level of postal products, services and delivery knowledgeProcess financial transactions (cash, cheques, debit & credit card payments) Job Responsibilities (continued)Receive, sort and sequence mail itemsBe able to exercise physical effort in the handling of mail items weighing up to 22.7 kilograms (50 pounds)Maintain floor displaysConduct Merchandizing and Inventory Control QualificationsExperience in customer service in a retail environmentSales experience is an asset Other InformationYou will be required to pass pre-employment tests, a security screening, and an interview.Bilingual (English – French)Please note that mandatory pre-employment assessments and job training may take place in third-party facilities such as clinics and hotels, where specific COVID 19 protocols are in place.
