Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Check guests in and out, answer the phone and respond to emails.
  • Provide concierge services to guests.
  • Register guests.
  • Resolve guest problems in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of hotel services and amenities.
  • Ability to corporate with people from a range of backgrounds and cultures.
  • Create a positive experience for guests, even when the hotel is full or operating in stressful conditions.
