Job Description

Diavik Diamond Mine – Various Tradesperson roles availableWe’re looking to fill multiple tradesperson roles within our organisation. The position will be based in our FIFO camp at Lac de Gras working on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational schedule. While in our camp, you will be provided flights to and from our approved pick-up points, accommodations, all meals/snacks, and access to our recreational facilities.To fill these roles rapidly, we will be holding Job fair in the following locations:

  • Sudbury, ON September 19, 2022; Fairfield Inn & Suites Sudbury 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Saskatoon, SK September 21, 2022; Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon Hotel 9 AM – 5 PM
  • Campbell River, BC September 23, 2022; Comfort Inn & Suites Campbell River 9 AM – 5 PM

Qualifications needed
  • Journeyperson certification as a Heavy Duty Mechanic Mobile Equipment and or, Powerhouse, Industrial or Mobile Electrician, Machinist, Millwright, Welder or other trade
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience working with one of the above-mentioned disciplines
