Department InformationThe mandate of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources is to promote and support the sustainable use and development of natural resources, and to protect, conserve, and enhance the NWT environment for the social and economic benefit of all NWT residents.Job InformationThis position is located in the North Slave Region and reports to the Regional Manager, Forests or its designate. The incumbent may be required to travel away from home for periods of up to two weeks. The incumbent receives day-to-day direction from the Regional Manager, Forests or its designate. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring a well-prepared crew is organized, managed and equipped to complete the required forest management tasks.
