Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and establish long-term relations with both individual and business clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies
  • Translate tech-speak into plain English for clients unfamiliar with tech jargon
  • Drive sales targets for retail and B2B segments
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Perform product demonstrations and showcase unique features effectively
Qualifications:
  • Previous 3 years #39; experience in retail or sales (preferably in technology or related field)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be passionate about technology and gadgets
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays
Bonus Points For:
  • Prior B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge of computer components, gaming systems, or another related tech
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
