Job Responsibilities:The Operations and Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Cashier duties including handling transactions and customer queries.
  • Maintain customer accounts are up to date.
  • Receptionist roles such as greeting customers and handling calls.
  • Retail Floor Administration including stock management and display organization.
  • Shippingamp; Receiving operations.
  • Basic purchasing tasks.
  • Handling RMA and logistics.
  • Scheduling service appointments.
  • Basic bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or operational roles is preferred.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
  • English as your primary language for both Written and Spoken.

  • Experience in multiple roles mentioned above.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
  • Knowledge or interest in technology and gadgets.
