Job Description

Agricultural Service TechnicianWe are currently looking for an experienced Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will perform and assist in setting up new short-line farm equipment, compact & utility tractors, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment.The following skills would be an asset, but are willing to train:

  • Has experience with the methods, materials, tools and techniques used in the repair of heavy equipment or related products.
  • Can demonstrate their advanced understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
  • Is comfortable using a computer to support diagnostics
  • Has excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Background in Agriculture, Heavy Duty, Truck and Transport, and/or Automotive
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
  • Physical ability to lift/push/pull a minimum of 50lbs to maneuver in/through/around equipment easily and safely
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors
  • Willing to obtain Fork-lift operations safety certificate
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Full time hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pmWages will be determined by qualifications and proven performance.
