The ASR is responsible for introducing Atkar to Architects, Designers and Drywallers. In this role the ASR will work closely with the Atkar Project Manager, targeting potential new clients and projects and develop long-term partnerships with our clients. The ideal candidate lives in Downtown Toronto, and can work remotely.*YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: *

  • Obtaining new business through meetings with Architects, Designers and Drywallers
  • Create and execute sale strategies to ensure Atkar gets spec’d into Architects projects
  • Responsible for surpassing sales targets
  • Preparing sales presentations
  • Managing territory performance targets
  • Identify and prioritize potentials sales opportunities
  • Following up on Atkar quotes
Administration
  • Maintain all required documents using company CRM platform and expense reports
  • Organizing and plan ahead of time your daily and weekly activities
  • Maintain client/account through the Sales Pipeline stages
  • All emails must be acknowledged and acted upon within 24 hours of receipt
General
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures
  • Create an environment of positive attitude in all situations
  • Must be punctual and demonstrate reliability
  • Perform other such related duties as may be assigned by Archmill senior management team which are directly related to the job function
REQUIREMENTS:
  • College Diploma or University Degree
  • 3-5 years of selling experience to Architects and Designers

  • Strong communicator – easily expresses themselves
  • Willing to go the above and beyond and is persistent
  • Thrives on teamwork and collaboration
  • Takes initiative and is proactive
