To learn more, please visit http://groupforce.ca/.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Benefit Renewal Analyst at Group Force, you are the star of the show. You are an integral part of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You will liaise between our advisors and insurance company representatives to ensure the timely and successful delivery of new business and renewal client presentations in your assigned group. This Includes:Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your assigned client group and advisorFinancial data entry for renewals and marketing (i.e. Experience info, rate history, demographic data, etc.)Ensure the timely and successful delivery of client presentations (new business/ renewal) for potential clients as well as existing ones:Renewals – 30 days prior to the renewal dateNew Business – 10 business days / 15 business days (large group)Maintain full workload on our internal filing system (SharePoint)Analyzing proposals from carriers for new prospects (rates, plan design, TLR, etc.)Key Skills for SuccessStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailStrong working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelHighly organized with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people and function well both in a team environment and autonomously.Ability to effectively prioritize and manage numerous tasks simultaneously with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge, Education and/or Experience:4+ years of experience within the Group Benefits industryComprehensive knowledge of group benefit plansExperience managing all aspects of group benefit plan renewals and new business requests in an MGA environmentCertificates, Licenses, Registration:Professional benefits designation an asset (such as GBA, CEBS, etc.)What We OfferA competitive wage including Group health and dental benefits from day one, flexible leave days, RRSP matching and continuing education assistance/reimbursementA Focus on Health & Wellness with an excellent EAP programOpportunities to grow as an insurance professional and advance careerMotivating work atmosphereA global team of insurance experts focused on client retention, growth, industry innovation and teamworkNFP and You...
