You can effectively communicate technical information while maintaining a strong team approach, effectively working with various personality types.*YOUR CHALLENGE: *The Cabinet Assembly position is responsible to ensure cabinets are constructed in an efficient, systematic fashion meeting client and Archmill Standards. He or she will produce quality cabinets to specifications as per blueprints and replicating past designs using hand tools and woodworking machines in a manufacturing environment. The Cabinet Assembler will be responsible for knowing and practicing safe working methods and have a strong knowledge of shop practices, procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, quality control and safety equipment. Dedication to quality craftsmanship and the possession of mathematical and analytical skills necessary to do material estimates are essential in this role. He or she will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy work area, conducting regular maintenance of tools and machinery and assisting other associates and cabinetmakers.
